Ronald “Chip” Weinberg is CEO of New Channel Direct and also a Managing Director in the Weinberg & Bell Group, a private equity firm investing in well positioned middle market companies throughout North America.
Prior to New Channel Direct, Mr. Weinberg was the Managing Director of Global Acquisitions and Business Development for Hawk Corporation. At Hawk, he was responsible for the successful completion of multiple acquisitions, substantially adding to the company’s sales and profitability.
Mr. Weinberg was a former Assistant Attorney General for the state of Ohio under the term of Attorney General Lee Fisher and worked for the law firm of Kohrman, Jackson, Krantz LLP as a corporate attorney focusing on mergers, acquisitions and securities law.
Carol Swearingen is the President of New Channel Direct with more than 25 years of experience in the direct marketing industry.
Ms. Swearingen is responsible for overall operations with a focus on new client acquisition and strategy implementation for new technology development. As president, Ms. Swearingen ensures that New Channel Direct meets all current goals and objectives while setting the overall direction for future progress.
David Bartlett is the Vice President and General Manager of New Channel Direct, and is responsible for managing all company operations.
Mr. Bartlett specializes in data, variable print and operations, contributing over 25 years experience in the direct marketing industry with NCD as well as General Motors, NCR, and Harte-Hanks.
Julie Zajac is the Vice President of Client Services for New Channel Direct with more than 20 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. The focus of her career has been on the service side of the industry with an emphasis on data processing and United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations.
As Vice President of Client Services, Ms. Zajac acts as an extension of major clients’ marketing and database teams, providing suggestions and solutions to their direct mail needs.
Ms. Zajac has attended many USPS National Postal Forums and Direct Mail Association conferences. In addition, she is active with the Greater Cleveland Postal Customer Council, serving on the Membership Committee and as Industry Vice Co-Chair.
Kevin Harmon has been the Senior Account Executive of New Channel Direct since 1985. His responsibilities include the development and definition of a target sales strategy, prospecting, business development, and sales to strategic customers in target market segments.
Mr. Harmon specializes in building and maintaining solid business partnerships and client relationships through prospecting, referrals, quality service, and accurate execution of client objectives.
Bob Haight is the Major Account Manager of New Channel Direct with more than 30 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. He provides ongoing communication with clients regarding current and future programs.
As Major Account Manager, Mr. Haight coordinates client projects throughout all aspects of the direct marketing process. His areas of expertise include List Management Services, Data Hygiene Services, Postal Optimization Services, Personalized Direct Mail / Variable Data Printing, Inkjet Services, Inserting & Finishing Services and Sorting Services.
Jennifer Gehring is the Account Manager of New Channel Direct, overseeing direct marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients. For the past 6 years, Ms. Gehring has worked closely with clients to identify and implement cost saving measures throughout the direct mail process.
As Account Manager, Ms. Gehring coordinates client projects throughout all aspects of the direct marketing process. Her areas of expertise include List Management Services, Data Hygiene Services, Postal Optimization Services, Personalized Direct Mail / Variable Data Printing, Inkjet Services, Inserting & Finishing Services and Sorting Services.
